Testimonials

Shirley and myself must thank you for the work and attention that you gave to our accident claim. Until it was put into your hands we had no confidence that we would receive any compensation at all.
Accessibility Print

This site has been developed while adhering to the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI, revision 2.0) guidelines.

We make extensive use of CSS for presentation, thus detaching content from layout and graphic design imagery. This makes the site accessible to text-only user agents (browsers), and screen-reader-friendly.

While we are unable to provide perfectly valid XHTML on this site, due to reasons beyond our control, we attempt to make all markup XHTML compatible with few exceptions.

We have made sure that placement and functionality of all content is consistent throughout the site and therefore predictable.

We have ensured that people with visual disabilities are able to control the size of text on the site through the Text Size option of their browser.

We ensure correct screen-reader behaviour by using semantic markup and logical order of content across the whole site.

The website navigation and functionality is accessible to linear keyboard navigation using the Tab key on your keyboard.

We attempt to provide text-only-alternatives for all non-text content inside the main content area.

We do not employ background audio.

We have limited the use of third-party technologies to a minimum, thus making the site widely accessible on all platforms. No key content on the site requires any external technologies.

We attempt to maintain good contrast between text and background across the site, making sure that all text is easily readable, set against its background.

No content on the website blinks or is otherwise non-accessible to photosensitive users.

There are no time-limits imposed on the website’s content presentation.
