No Win, No Fee arrangements are more formally known as Conditional Fee Arrangements or CFAs. The basics are that if you do not succeed with your holiday claim, you will not have to pay any of our fees or the associated costs.

How can we do this?

We carefully consider each claim we take on. From the outset we expertly assess the prospects of your case and give you clear and straightforward advice about the chances of success, making sure you are kept fully aware and up to date of your options.

If we succeed in your  holiday claim we recover our costs from the Defendant.

In cases we accept, we may recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover any costs. We will give you full details of this and the option to cancel if you decide not to proceed. If you do and the claim is unsuccessful, there is no charge for the insurance premium.

We will take you through the full details of the CFA before we ask you to sign the paperwork and we promise to be open with you in relation to all aspects of the funding and the claim itself.
