We were instructed by 3 clients who injured as a result of a road traffic accident in Dubai. One of the clients was severely injured, sustaining significant brain damage.

As a result of the accident, all the occupants were injured and we were instructed to pursue a holiday compensation claim. One of our clients sustained a serious brain injury that meant that she now requires care for the remainder of her life. The other 2 clients were lucky to escape with less serious, but still significant injury.

We were able to pursue a claim against the holiday rep's employer, Kuoni as a result of the reps negligent driving. After a long legal battle, liability was admitted and following mediation, we were able to settle these holiday compensation claims for a total of more than £1.2 million, to be made in various comples staged payments.
