Compensation for client injured by plane trolley
We were recently able to win a client £3,500 in compensation for a person injury claim on a plane.
He was asleep on his Emirates flight when he was awoken painfully by a metal trolley crashing into his knee. The trolley was being pushed by a member of the cabin crew on the flight. He was hit with such force by the trolley that he continued to have severe pain in his knee for 6 months after being injured on the plane.

He decided to make a compensation claim after being injured on the flight and Acidents Abroad were able to help. Through the Montreal Convention rules that cover personal injury claims in airports or on planes we were able to win him £3,500 compensation for his injuries after making his holiday claim.
