We were instructed by Mr M to pursue a holiday compensation claim as a result of an accident he was involved in whilst skiing in France.  The circumstances of the accident were hotly disputed and there was a disagreement as to who was at fault.  We were instructed to pursue a holiday claim on his behalf and also defend the counter-claim being brought by the other skier involved.

He had sustained superficial facial injuries and minor neck pain during the accidnet.  The other party’s claim was settled for in excess of £50,000 because he suffered from a nasty knee injury and was unable to work for a significant period after the accident.
