We were instructed by Mrs S who contracted food poisoning whilst on holiday in Egypt. The holiday was booked as a package and as a result, the claim was pursued against her tour operator.

Innocent holidaymaker struck down by legionnaire’s disease

We were instructed by a client who was diagnosed as having contracted Legionnaire’s Disease. It was alleged that the disease was contracted whilst she was staying in her holiday accommodation in Greece. The holiday was a package within the definition of the Package Travel Regulations and the claim was pursued against the holiday company.

Couple in hotel slipping accident

We were instructed by Mr and Mrs C who went on a package holiday in Turkey.

Whilst leaving the hotel complex which they were staying at as part of their package, Mr C slipped on the steps at the front of the property.  He unfortunately slipped to the foot of the steps and landed on the pavement below, sustaining back and shoulder injuries.  In her attempt to assist her husband, Mrs C was unfortunate enough to slip on the steps and she sustained back injuries.

Family holiday ruined by burns from swimming pool

We were instructed by a family of 5 who all sustained injuries after using the swimming pool at their all-inclusive holiday accommodation.  The family were on holiday in Fuerteventura and sustained painful rashes and sores after using the swimming pool at the hotel.  The family of 5 had their holiday significantly disrupted as a result of the injuries.
